Customizable Meal Plan

By Popular Demand, I have been asked to share our basic Meal Plan!  We eat mostly Plant based, with limited animal products. And IDEAL week looks a little like this!  We change it up from time to time, but we typically rotate through a handful of recipes with only ingredients changing here and there.  This is more of a fall/winter menu.  Please Contact ME if you would like a plan tailored more to YOUR tastes!
